If you're in the UK or EU, the GDPR gives you strong rights over your personal data. Cettire Discount Code takes those rights seriously, and this page sets out what they are and how to use them.

Your rights

You have the right to access the data we hold about you, to correct it if it's wrong, to have it erased, to restrict or object to how we process it, and to receive it in a portable format. In practice, since we hold very little — typically just an email address if you contacted us or subscribed — these requests are quick for us to honour.

Lawful basis

We process the small amount of data we hold on two bases: your consent (for example, when you opt into update emails, which you can withdraw at any time) and our legitimate interest in running and improving a functioning website through anonymous, aggregated analytics.

Exercising your rights

To make any request — access, correction, erasure or otherwise — email hello@cettirediscountcode.com. We'll respond within the statutory timeframe. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority if you believe we've fallen short.
